Your subscription will continue until you cancel it in accordance with our cancellation policy below.

Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices, but any price changes will not affect orders already placed.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us directly. Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next period. No refunds will be given for boxes already dispatched.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of our subscription boxes, we do not accept returns unless the items are faulty or damaged. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all subscription boxes within the advertised timeframe. Delivery times are estimates and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services or circumstances beyond our control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by you.
