Digital is coming soon. The Book Club is £14.99 per month and includes your monthly book and core club benefits. The Book Club and Pamper Box is £24.99 per month and adds vegan treats and pamper extras. The same tier structure is designed to work across each book club.

Yes. The club you choose decides the genre and dispatch schedule. The tier benefits are intended to stay the same, so you can choose between digital, book-only or book-and-pamper based on how you like to read.

You receive the Book of the Month, a matching bookmark, a monthly welcome letter, and access to your club’s community, Members Hub, online meetings and author Q&As when available.

Your club’s Members Hub is where you will find the WhatsApp group invite, links to online meetings, upcoming event information, the monthly book vote and member extras. The exact hub depends on the club you join.

When you join, the person who created the account will receive an email containing the relevant Members Hub link and password. If you cannot see it, check your junk or spam folder, or check with the person who gifted the subscription.

Yes. Members can join relaxed online book club meetings, and when an author is available we host live Q&As so you can ask questions and hear more about the story. Details and meeting links are shared in the relevant Members Hub.

The invite link is shared in your club’s Members Hub after you join. You can use it to chat about the book, share recommendations and stay connected between meetings.

No. You can pause or cancel anytime before your next renewal date.

Yes. You can skip one month at a time. After the skipped month, your subscription will renew as normal. Please make sure you skip before your next payment or renewal date.

1. Log into your account.
2. Go to Subscriptions.
3. Find your book club subscription and choose Manage.
4. Under “Need A Break?”, choose Skip.
5. Select the next month’s date as your next renewal date.

The first box is paid for when you sign up, so the skip option will skip your second box rather than your first. If you have already paid but do not want that first box, please email us and we will try our best to help.

Your membership includes more than the monthly book: it also gives you access to the community, meetings, votes, discounts and other member benefits. Keeping one skip at a time helps keep those benefits fair for paying members.

You can skip the month if you still have your monthly skip available. If you have already used it, email us and we can see if an alternative surprise book from the same genre can be arranged.

Yes. When your box is dispatched, you will receive an email from us and a separate email from Royal Mail with your tracking link.

If you have received your box and would like to return it, email us within 14 days. The full contents must be returned brand-new and unused. You are responsible for return postage, and the refund will exclude the original shipping cost.

Contact us as soon as you receive your box, adding photos of any damage where possible. We will do our best to help and arrange a replacement where appropriate.
